*** SIGN ON BONUS *** Title: Front Desk Patient Coordinator Location: Fort Mill, SC Startup dental office in growing Fort Mill is seeking a confident Front Desk Patient Coordinator! Do you want to work in a fun environment with all new equipment in a digital/paperless office and learn patient centered dentistry in a growing practice? Do you have an open mind and desire to join a team that will experience growth and success from the start - AND work with an experienced general dentist in a brand new, gorgeous office? Orchard Grove Family Dentistry is a startup dental practice under construction in growing Fort Mill, SC. The owner has a vision to keep private practice dentistry alive and thriving through connecting with patients in a practice designed to be relaxing and judgement free. Patients will be educated and involved with treatment decisions, and financial arrangements will be presented with full transparency. The ideal candidate will possess confidence, grit, emotional intelligence, and a passion for learning all aspects of the practice. With warmth and 5 star customer service they will answer phone calls, schedule appointments, greet patients and provide tours of our office to guests. They will confidently discuss treatment plans, make financial arrangements, collect payments and submit insurance claims. The ideal candidate will also enthusiastically participate in community marketing activities. This position will be full-time. (No weekends!) Qualifications: • Ability to provide outstanding customer service with energy, confidence and grit • Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in dental, medical or health services field • Must possess a high level of emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment • Must be comfortable being the first impression of the practice and ready to participate in community marketing activities • Must be confident discussing dental treatment plans, costs, dental insurance and financial arrangements • Prior experience using Open Dental software is a plus • Experience using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) for marketing
