Evergreen Orthodontics is seeking an upbeat and personable patient coordinator with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude for our brand-new, boutique orthodontic office in Smyrna! Our ideal candidate is a team player who can work independently to complete various tasks and thrives in a team-oriented environment. We are looking for a candidate with not only orthodontic experience but also a great personality who is looking to make a long-term commitment to our team. Going to work should be enjoyable, and we thrive in a positive, uplifting environment! Are you our perfect team member? We are looking for: - At least one year of experience in an orthodontic office - Experience working in sales or customer service roles - An outgoing, positive team player - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Someone who is comfortable working with patients of all ages - Someone with excellent computer skills - A fast-learner - Someone who is able to multi-task - A detail-oriented, dependable and punctual team player Perks of joining our team: - Fun office environment - Consistent, full-time hours - Competitive pay - Brand new office - Convenient location - Room to grow Duties: - greeting new patients and other visitors with a smile - fielding incoming calls, including scheduling appointments and answering questions - taking basic orthodontic records (photographs, radiographs and intraoral scans) - assisting doctor with new patient examinations - completing various clerical duties - assisting patients to complete all paperwork prior to and during appointments - verifying and filing insurance claims and explaining insurance benefits to patients - discussing financial arrangements - explaining some basic orthodontic concepts and answering patient questions - executing contracts - helping in other capacities around the office as needed Please contact us to apply—serious inquiries only.
