Growing boutique dental office in South Charlotte is looking for an Experienced Receptionist. Great dental team (check out our website:dentalwellnessofclt.com) Boutique private office providing individualized care to all patients Schedule: Mon-Thur 8-4:30pm and 8-1:30pm Fridays. No weekends. Position summary: Primarily responsible for entrance and exit satisfaction of ALL patients. Answering phones and transferring to appropriate team member Verify and assist patients with completion of any necessary intake documents. Provide a welcoming greeting to all that enter our office. Confirmation of all patient appointments Provide exceptional service to all clients Candidates with at least 2 years of experience at a dental office are preferred. Knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus. Competitive pay based on experience. Benefits package is available for full-time employees.
