Thank you for taking an interested in working with us at Pinewood Dentistry! We are looking to add a Lead Caller Representative/Agent to our existing team. This team member will be considered the Ambassador of the company as they are the first point of contact for New Patients leads. This position will be half remote and half in office. Responsibilities will include: - scheduling new/existing patients - managing all Call Agents - listening to calls weekly and reviewing with Call Agents - tracking/reviewing metrics Compensation: $38,000 - $48,000 (annual salary) Schedule (flexible): M-F 7am-5pm OR 8am-6pm
