Clear Smiles, Inc., is a full-service Dental Service Organization (DSO) providing Orthodontics in Dallas and Houston market. We are looking for a registered dental assistant to join our team and work with us in this fast-paced, fun environment! Job description: We are searching for a passionate, self-starter Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team in the Houston area. As a Smile Advisor (RDA), you will be responsible for making each patient as comfortable as possible, understanding the patient’s chief concern, taking intraoral photos, digital 3D impressions with an intraoral scanning system, panoramic x-rays, educating patient on Invisalign treatment, discussing treatment costs, and other duties as needed. In addition to direct patient care, you will be required to follow all OSHA and blood borne pathogen safety standards to ensure the utmost safety for yourself, your peers, and the patients we serve. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, engaged in patient care, and professional. We want someone who enjoys working with people, making connections, and building relationships; strong communication skills are a must, – listening included – and the ability to establish effective, trusting relationships, and passion to provide exceptional care to the patients of Clear Smiles, Inc. Seeking a part-time Smile Advisor for our Houston Heights location that will turn full-time come September! Responsibilities: - Forward-facing customer service in retail-based environment - Create a comfortable and caring environment while providing excellent care and service to customers - Promote and maintain high-level customer service and ensure customer experience - Knowledgeable about Invisalign products and can confidently speak about services with ability to answer any customer questions or concerns - Comfortably take digital impressions - Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness - Knowledgeable of HIPPA/OSHA guidelines - Highly adaptable; learns quickly with growing company - Handling phone calls and scheduling patients, as needed Qualifications: - Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in the State of Texas - High School diploma/ GED required - 1 year dental assisting experience preferred - Experience with iTero intraoral scanning preferred - Experience with ClinCheck software preferred Hours of operation: · Monday – Friday 8am-5pm; Saturday 8am-12pm; Closed Sunday This position is part-time with the goal to go full-time in September Compensation and Benefits: · Full-time employees are eligible for monthly bonus compensation based on performance · PTO accrued at 80 hours per year · Complimentary Employee Invisalign Treatment · Monogrammed scrubs provided after 90 days Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
