Description

We are a four operatory solo practioner office. We utilize two operatories for Hygiene and have a 4 day work week with 3 day weekends and an afternoon start on Monday. We are fully digital with Dexis sensors and Dentrix software. Looking for a Full-time Registered Dental Hygienist who is energetic and friendly. We are ideally looking for someone with at least two years of experience but will consider all candidates. We are looking for team members who are not afraid of making clinical recommendations regarding hygiene, SRP, and homecare. We advocate for our hygienist to be pracitioners in control of our patients hygiene treatment and dental health. A person, who can work autonomously and self assess is desired. Guidance and help is always available as well as training to promote growth in your knowledge and skills. We allow 50 minutes for our prophy appointments and 1.5 hours for new patients. Our office is busy but a friendly place to work, must be a team player to be a good fit. $1,000 dollar sign on bonus, offering between $43.00 and $48.00/ hour with discretionary bonus, two weeks paid time off, and $350.00 annually towards in person continuing education. Other benefits can be discussed. A fixed Salary may also be discussed.
