Description

We are a family-focused practice seeking an experienced and friendly treatment coordinator who will be welcoming and accommodating for our patients. We strive to have a highly skilled team who is passionate about our patients care, and working together as a team. This position is full-time with great office hours. Preferred skills and abilities of potential candidates include : Answering patient phone calls and email inquires with a sense of urgency Corresponding with other providers to coordinate treatment Experience with Eaglesoft a must Strong Experience verifying insurance eligibility, inputting plan information with correct subscriber information and coverage percentage Manually transfer all benefit breakdown information into Eaglesoft to ensure accurate co-pay estimates for patients Strong understanding of surgical and dental processes and procedures Ability to work well with visiting providers and appropriately manage their schedules for our patients Sequencing treatment plans with thorough Treatment Plan presentation at a high level Collecting payments and deposits from patients Managing the doctors and hygienists schedules for efficient productivity 2+years previous Dental experience preferred Aside from the preferred benefits background, a STRONG customer service background is essential to be successful in this position, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast paced, high volume practice setting. While this position is in the healthcare sector, the specific role mandates exceptional customer service, ability to follow direction and complete tasks necessary with accuracy and efficiency, interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to integrate well in team dynamics.
