As a member of Inspire Dental front office, you will be one of the primary points of contact with our patients. Positive energy is a must! You will be responsible for co-managing/coordinating the doctor and hygiene schedule with phone responsibilities, screening patients, checking patients in/out, verifying patient benefits, presenting treatment plans to patients, and monitoring insurance and patient aging. What we need from you: • 3-5+ yrs of experience working at a dental practice • Extremely familiar with Dentrix software program • In-depth knowledge of CDT coding and dental insurance billing • Strong phone skills: professional, courteous, and knowledgeable • Back office experience is helpful (RDA certificate) but not required • Ability to learn quickly and self-start This is the job for you if: • You have the ability to communicate well (with patients and peers) • You take the initiative to do everything possible to ensure that every patient is satisfied • You are a problem solver and are quick to assess and address any issues • You are assertive, yet patient If this describes you, then we want you on our dental team!
