We seek an eager, service-oriented Front Office Coordinator who excels in: Providing a 5-star service approach to patient care Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal Creating connections and relationships with others Ability to manage the phone and schedule for optimal productivity Time management and computer skills Mastery of dental insurance verification, coding, billing and explanations Familiarity with Dentrix 1 year minimum of proven administrative experience in a private dental practice (REQUIRED) Multi-tasking, problem-solving, and getting things done This is a full-time, Monday-Thursday position with patient care from 8 am-5 pm, with a few Fridays a month. No nights or weekends.
