We are seeking a full-time friendly Dental Hygienist to join our amazing team in our growing family oriented dental practice. A good candidate who will make our dental office more efficient and pleasant for patients. We have developed a great working environment and are all about excellent care. Must be well-organized with great attention to detail and a team player. Responsibilities: Ensure patients feel as comfortable as possible before their examination. Conduct initial patient screenings, check oral health and advising preventative care. Identify conditions like gingivitis, caries or periodontitis Current Radiograph License and take x-rays Perform Prophy, Application of Fluoride, Scaling, SRP Educate patients of all ages on proper dental health care (example: demonstrating good brushing techniques) Give instructions to patients after operations or other dental procedures Maintain documentation and charts on each patient Sterilize dental instruments properly Monitor supplies Requirements: Dental Hygienist Diploma/Certificate CPR Certificate Computer Knowledge with Open Dental Software a plus Part Time Available Job Type: Full-time
