High Tech, Modern Dental office in the Energy Corridor looking to hire a hygienist to handle increased patient and recall load and to help build our practice. Schedule flexibility. Assisted Hygiene + Lunch Breaks! Normal Scheduling 1 hr per patient. Office Hours: Mon-Tues: 11A-8P Thu-Fri: 8A-5P Pay based on experience and performance. Pay Range $50/hr + Additional commission/production based bonus pay. Office Bonus system in place. CE Reimbursement. Health insurance available. PTO and Sick Leave. Mainly PPO/FFS office. Must have current RDH certification. Piezo or Ultrasonic options. Preferred hand instruments can be requested at Drs approval. Ideal candidate should be able to do basic i/o, e/o exam and identify obvious areas of concern. Comfortable with selling sealants, fluoride, nightguards, and assist in answering patient questions about treatment. Laser perio certification is a plus, but training can be provided.
