You will be the first point of contact for our patients who seek confidence in you to begin their journey to a healthier smile. This is a Full Time Position 7:45- 5 Monday - Friday. No nights or weekends. We are committed to finding a Patient Coordinator who: Demonstrates great interpersonal and communication skills Creates connection with patients and fellow team members Is extremely well-organized and detail-oriented Has a positive, professional attitude Can productively schedule new and current patients Has at least 1 year of dental office experience (Preferred) Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a must Has proven experience with Open Dental, or similar software Your main areas of responsibilities include: First point of contact for all patients and guests Answering phones and scheduling appointments Processing payments Treatment Planning Managing overall office flow What we offer you: Dental Benefits Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Uniforms
