Treatment/ Patient Coordinator Our general dental family is looking to bring in a member interested in helping patients. We currently have a treatment coordinator position available. Our office is privately owned with 2 doctors, 3 hygienists and support team. We need a self motivated, efficient, organized individual to be our patient/treatment coordinator. You will present treatment to patients, coordinate care with specialists, handle complicated accounts and oversee many aspects of the front office. You must understand insurance and various general dentistry treatments, including implants and cosmetic procedures. You should have a friendly demeanor, yet be confident in discussing financial arrangements with patients, as well as collecting for large procedures in advance. You will coordinate patient visits and must comfortable being the patients main point of contact for treatment related questions. Excellent record keeping and follow up skills are a must. 40 hour work week, no weekends Must be available as early as 6:45am
