We are hiring!!! Pure Dental Health is in need of a FRONT OFFICE coordinator to start ASAP. We are a busy and growing practice, privately owned with family-like atmosphere, with two offices located in Buckhead and Dunwoody. Our patients are our first priority, and we are dedicated to help them achieve their perfect smile. We pride ourselves on providing a unique dental experience using the most up-to-date technology in a relaxed, modern environment. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic and passionate about providing quality patient care, a team player, adept at coordinating patient and clinician schedules, and possess superior organizational skills. This position is fundamental to the smooth and efficient running of the practice, and is expected to interact on a daily basis with patients, other administrative staff, and dental providers. 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A DENTAL OFFICE IS REQUIRED. Compensation: $18-24 + bonus (depends on experience) *Bonus averages $3-8/hr based on performance goals This is a full-time hourly position. Salary is competitive and BOE. Responsibilities: -Discussing finances with patients, including handling difficult situations and customer complaints -Guiding patients through the treatment process, including formulating and presenting treatment options after reviewing insurance breakdowns -Overcoming barriers of treatment acceptance including needing finances, lack of time, etc. -Build professional friendships with patients to help build trust -Organizing schedule for providers following strict appointment times and guidelines -Experience setting and meeting production/income goals (daily/monthly) -Ensuring nightly reports are accurate and complete; submitting reports to management -Follow up calls and emails to patients -Timely response to patients and management through company messaging system -Verification of insurance (as needed) -Providing additional administrative and clerical support, as needed Qualifications: -Experience with growing practices or start ups -Reliable and self-motivated -Experience managing long-term (greater than 1 year) projects, and demonstrated follow through with projects -Experience with complex negotiations -Proven track record of meeting, and exceeding, production goals -Proficient in dental procedures, insurance, and software -Scheduling experience -Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) -Demonstrated ability to develop rapport and trust with patients -Customer service skills -Sales experience a plus -People person -Relates well to others and has ability to train and cultivate other great team members
