Lucent Dental Group is currently hiring for a Regional / Multi-location office manager in San Antonio, Texas to oversee 4 established Dental Offices. At Lucent Dental Group we provide community and family-centered dental care. Regional Manager Duties • Oversee the day-to-day operations of 4 Dental Offices by working closely with each location’s manager • Execute company goals and promote company philosophy within each practice • Increasing patient growth and retention by supporting each team and overseeing internal / external marketing programs • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly office performance, giving both positive feedback and constructive criticism to help improve performance • Provide appropriate coaching, feedback, and/or training to develop the team at each practice • Achieving set goals for patient scheduling, staff, and office productivity • Managing employee relations, patient relations, and achieving operational goals • Ensuring successful execution of operational standards, including compliance with established company policies and procedures • Overseeing any patient satisfaction issues to ensure excellent patient satisfaction and customer service • Building team morale to support a positive company culture • Compile monthly reports on office and staff performance Requirements for the position • Two plus years of management experience in the dental or related field • Excellent leadership skills • Excellent customer service skills • Able to coach and bring the best out of others • Able to maintain self-accountability and work towards established goals • Ability to multi-task • Knowledge of dental insurance plans and dental terminology • Experience with Dentrix is a plus • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus If you feel you’re the right candidate for this position, and ready to take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you!
