Description

The Office Manager is responsible for a providing a wide range of office management and support to the company including answering phone lines, scheduling/managing calendar, and making/confirming appointments. Looking for a dynamic personality who can direct duties of all staff. Must be resourceful, an independent thinker, and self-sufficient! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Responsible for the day-to-day facilities operations Responsible for appearance and functionality of the office Provide a positive patient experience Foster positive working relationships among doctors and staff Maintain facilities and equipment in accordance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations Train and coach employees Work closely with other departments to ensure protocols are followed Complete insurance claims life cycle and manage accounts receivable Support marketing and promotional initiatives Maintain patient data according to regulations and company policies Complete employee performance and reviews Managing overall administrative activities for the office Performing other work-related duties as assigned OPPERATING HOURS Monday - Friday, 1/2-day Saturday (1 weekday off; 5 day work week) MINIMUM EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS Education: High School graduate or GED Associates or bachelors degree preferred Requirements: Bilingual (Spanish) preferred Dental office management experience Experience using dental office software and Microsoft Office Ability to train, lead and manage a team Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills Knowledge of dental office clinical operations and terminology
