WHO WE ARE Senties Family Orthodontics is a doctor-owned, startup orthodontic office in Western San Antonio. WHO WE SEEK We are looking for an energetic and dynamic person to be the face of our practice at the front office. This gregarious individual will welcome patients into the office and create a positive environment by being a charming host, letting a sociable, outgoing, and cheerful personality shine through with attentiveness. The rare customers who are more challenging than average and will need extra attention will not be a problem to deal with for the team member that has the right mix of empathy, patience, and confidence. The team member will have the opportunity to use excellent interpersonal and communication skills by taking charge of communications over the phone, email, written letters, scheduling, as well as managing our practice’s social media, and transmit value to potential patients through fee and contract presentations, where some experience in sales will be useful. As a representative of our practice, this team member will also establish and develop relationships with other dental professionals in the area and take the lead in marketing our practice. When not dealing directly with people, our team member will help the practice with impeccable multitasking and organizational skills by diligently handling office duties such as accounts receivable, insurance accounts, patients accounts, billing insurance, collecting payments, entering contracts, and managing office inventory and orders. A candidate that is bilingual in English and Spanish will be able to help many more patients and will stand out from the rest of the field. Dental or even orthodontic specific experience is not mandatory but will be highly beneficial. POSITION DETAILS Full time position.
