Jay L. Rosenheck DDS is now hiring a full-time Dental Office Manager in Suwanee,GA! Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9 AM-6 PM (Friday hours may be required) Welcome to the dental office of Jay L. The OM will focus on executing numerous operational tasks in their dental practice with the goal of enhancing practice level efficiencies and growth in conjunction with the SDP support team and the primary dentist of the practice. The OM works closely with the Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to drive a positive team culture and achieve positive practice results. Values and Competencies • Integrity • Accountability • Customer-centric • Effective leadership skills • Experience in PandL Management • Demonstrates flexibility as appropriate • Results-driven • Ability to successfully multitask under pressure • Strong organizational skills • Strong attention to detail • Proficient in Time Management • Excellent communication skills (verbal/written) Responsibilities • Team leadership, coaching and training • Profit and Loss (PandL) management • Staff and patient scheduling • Time and Attendance (TandA) management • Payroll process management • Accounts Payable (AP) management • Manage insurance claims and other forms of payment • Patient satisfaction and experience • Collaborate on internal and external marketing efforts • Implement policies and procedures • Promote SDP company policies and best practices (published or otherwise communicated) • Management of dental licenses and other related certifications • Maintain current safety procedures and personal protective equipment required to minimize health risks • Other job duties as assigned Qualifications • 3 years of dental office management or equivalent experience • Proficient in dental performance management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, etc.) • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, platforms, tools and metrics • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Word) • Solid understanding of PandL management (budgeting) • Comprehensive understanding ability to enforce current labor laws • Adhere to current regulatory agency guidelines (OSHA, HIPAA, CDC, etc.) Work Environment/Conditions • Ability to maintain a full-time employment schedule approximately 40 hours per week; extended hours may be requested or required • Ability to travel up to 10% • Prolonged sitting and standing as needed • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. • Exposure to potentially hazardous objects and/or materials • Ability to wear appropriate work attire as needed or required Practice Description Rosenheck Family and Cosmetic Dentistry https://www.drrosenheck.com/
