We are looking a full time Dental Hygienist to join our growing family and partner with us to deliver excellent dentistry and build long-term patient relationships. The right candidate for this job will have the following attributes: * You care deeply about the profession of dentistry and don’t see what we do as work. * You are organized, professional, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent dentistry to this community. * You are interested in warmly communicating with our patients to help educate and build long term relationships with our patients. * You are a good teammate, and understand that we’re all working towards the same goal. * You are detail oriented in documentation, infection control, patient care, and practice operations. * You self-study, explore new learning opportunities, and are willing to ask for help in learning new things. * You have a minimum of 6 months experience as a Hygienist with an Active Texas Hygiene License. * You have the following chair-side skills: digital charting, digital x-rays using nomad and digital sensor, taking intra-oral photographs, periodontal probing, Scaling and root planing, prophies, going over OHI and post-op instructions. Assisting dentist with comprehensive and periodic exams. *Laser certification is a plus but not mandatory. If you’ve read this far and you are thinking “Dr. Swayze is describing me!”. I hope that’s true for sure. Our clinic hours: Tues - Friday. Pay: Sign on bonus (after 3 months). Pay is based on experience. Quarterly Bonus based on performance, production, and collection goals.
