Associate Dentist needed for a busy, 100% privately owned and established practice in the Frisco/Little Elm, Texas area. We serve a diverse, wonderful community and are located in one of the best cities to work and live in the US. Averaging 50 new patients a month in a modern, privately owned 9 operatory dental practice, our office focuses on quality care, not quantity. Office is completely digital and paperless, Itero scanner, CBCT, on site mill with oven for custom shading are just a few of the updated equipment we have for your use. This is a great opportunity for someone who is tired of the corporate heavy type of office. Be a part of a practice with a team that cares about quality and comfortable patient care. Perks CE provided. 5 years minimum. Prefer 2 to 3 days a week. Flexible to fulltime. Contract negotiable. Guaranteed salary during credentialing. State-of-the-art facility with latest equipment / technology including Digital Scanners (iTero) Strong flow of new patients and growing base of existing patients One-on-one mentoring and a strong support system Accelerated roadmap and training for Invisalign and Implants Process-driven, Patient-centric, and Professional organization Complete autonomy on Treatment Planning Enjoyable, Respectful, and Professional Environment Qualifications An Accredited Dental degree (DDS or DMD) is required Valid Texas dental license (or in the process of obtaining a license) Current DEA at start of employment General dentistry experience is a plus Strong computer skills and experience with healthcare databases and applications Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and health care Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to keep detailed records Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics Able to foster team development at all levels Able to communicate accurately and efficiently with patients, staff, other dentists, and referral partners Can plan, organize and prioritize time, and work efficiently and effectively, ensuring all patient care requirements are met and exceeded Unparalleled quality of work, with an insatiable appetite to get the job done Ability to maintain state required insurance coverage Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $700.00 - $1,200.00 per day Benefits: Professional development assistance Schedule: 10 hour shift 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Frisco, TX 75033: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: clinical: 5 years Root canals, Work Location: One location
