We are looking for a Dental Practice Administrator for our busy practice! This is an exciting opportunity for a driven leader with a passion for customer service! Our ideal candidate will be able to build relationships with our patient community and manage a great team of assistants and front office staff. You will be responsible for maintaining quality operations of our pediatric dental office and will be an excellent role model for the team to ensure that our patients have the best experience Responsibilities: supervising all day-to-day practice operations including administrative and clinical staffing, patient appointment scheduling, collections activity, payment and claims filing accuracy/posting, increasing production and collections, managing team schedules, improve provider satisfaction, and contribute to growth and development of the practiceMust demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to perform all job related activities Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 8 hour shift Work Location: One location
