Mary Cay Koen Orthodontics is seeking an Orthodontic assistant to add to our Superstar team! Orthodontic experience is preferred. Applicants must be dependable, professional, detail oriented, friendly, empathetic and a team player. The ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment is a must. Our Superstar Orthodontic Assistants will provide chairside assistance to our Orthodontist. Assistants are responsible for sterilizing orthodontic instruments, setting up for appointments, performing orthodontic procedures and providing clear communication to our patients regarding their appointment and any aftercare needed. Role: Clinical Assistant (Dental Assistant, Orthodontic Assistant) We are looking for Superstars who are: Team Focused Committed Detail Oriented Computer Savvy Curious and Eager to learn new skills Responsibilities Include: Setting up and sterilizing of instruments Assisting Orthodontist and providing aftercare and OH instructions Clearly communicating procedures performed to parent/guardian Performing Lab tasks as needed
