Come grow with us! We are looking for top talent to join our dental front desk team! If you are personable, detail-oriented, positive and high-energy, you may be the right fit! You must exhibit excellent customer service skills, and will perform a variety of dental administrative tasks. Responsibilities include providing support to our office managers and team, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools such as MS Excel and Word, office equipment, and our specialty software. Ultimately, a successful Front Desk team member will ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office. If you have previous experience in a dental office , we’d like to meet you! Responsibilities -Answer and direct phone calls and text messages through Weave system -Responsible for all aspects of the schedule and confirming appointments -Insurance verification, submission and follow up on claims -Processing patient and insurance payments -Create and send email, letters, faxes and forms -Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports -Maintain contact lists -Provide general support to patients and visitors -Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients -Coordinate tasks and patient scheduling with our other offices when needed Skills -Proven experience in a dental front desk position preferred -Knowledge of office management systems and procedures -Working knowledge of office equipment -Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word) -Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work -Attention to detail and problem solving skills -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task -High School degree Work Remotely * No Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Paid time off Holiday pay Medical, dental and vision Supplemental insurance 401K with match Monthly bonus
