Responsibilities: Serving as the initial point of contact for guests Providing excellent customer service to guests Completing appointment confirmations in a timely manner and adjusting the schedule accordingly to maintain a smooth patient flow Checking guests in and out and accepting payments Ensuring all guest’s paperwork is complete and accurate Coordinating financial agreements Maintaining a clean and well-organized office Performing other duties as required to support the office Qualifications: A welcoming smile and positive attitude Strong communication and customer service skills The desire and ability to connect with and serve guests Ability to multi-task while working High school diploma or equivalent Job Type: Full-time Salary: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Schedule: Monday (half Day) to Friday Saturday availability (1 or 2 Saturdays a month 8-4pm) Ability to commute/relocate: North Richland Hills, TX 76180: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Dental (NOT MEDICAL) receptionist: 1 year (Required) Dentrix: 1 year (Required) Work Location: One location
