We are looking for an upbeat front office treatment coordinator for our office. The person we are looking for will be the face of the practice. The first person the patients are seeing and the last one as well. If you have an -Reliable transportation. -Friendly, professional, and a team player with professional appearance. -Strong communication skills, warm outgoing personality, and initiative to complete duties of job without being asked. -Be responsible in everything you are asked to do -Must be able to multitask and have great people skills. -Verify insurance -Treatment planning -Scheduling patients/confirming appointments -Must be able to multitask and have great people skills Experience a plus but not required. Bilingual a plus but not required.
