We are looking for a qualified and skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible to do basic dental procedures. You should provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive working environment for patient care. You will ensure that all procedures in the dental assistants work run smoothly. Qualifications • High school or equivalent (Preferred) • Dental Assisting: 5+ years (Preferred) • Sedation Experience (Preferred) • Open Dental software experience a plus Full Job Description -Dental Assistant assists dentists, sets up patient and equipment, performs clinical and technical procedures under the supervision of a licensed dentist. Take and document patient dental history and updates, as well as overall health/medication history. Take high quality dental radiographs. Perform patient charting. Prepares patient operatories and equipment and assists doctors during examination and treatment. Maintains awareness of comfort and safety needs of patients. Provides support to dentists and is an example of respect and caring to patients and team members. Schedule – (28-34 hours a week) Monday 9:00am- 7:00pm Tuesday-Friday 9:00am- 5:00pm Job Type: Full-time Sign on Bonus Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
