About Us: Adore is a conscious dental wellness studio offering holistic, preventative, restorative, and cosmetic services to members of the community in a modern eco-luxurious environment. About You: You are a dental assistant who has a minimum experience of two years and is also cross-trained in front office operations and administration. You are heart-centered, compassionate, collaborative, and are excited to bring your authentic, whole self to work. You are passionate about helping people improve and enrich their lives, while also making a profound difference in your communities. Accountabilities in Patient Care: * Delivering the highest quality of professional service in the following areas: impressions, teeth whitening, X-rays, intraoral photos, coronal polishing, fillings, extractions, crowns, night guards, root canals, pediatric, nitrous, conscious sedation, restoring implants, SMART mercury amalgam removal, ozone therapy, Vivos and airway treatment, iTero ^^ We will offer training and continuing education if you do not have any experience in the following areas mentioned above ^^ * Preparing Care Studios for patients by following advised procedures and protocols to maintain safe and clean working environment * Educating patients by giving holistic oral hygiene, plaque control, airway health and postoperative healing instructions. * Following guidelines for utmost safety and infection control quality * Documenting services by charting in patient records * Maintaining dental supplies, inventory, placing orders and sending lab cases * Fabricating temporary restorations, cleaning and polishing removable appliances * Sterilizing and delivering instruments Accountabilities in Operations: * Collaborating and effectively communicating with colleagues to ensure efficient operations and flow * Open-heartedly greeting them upon arrival, scheduling/confirming appointments, and answering phone calls * Working with insurance billing and claims Credentials: * Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Certification * Comprehensive understanding of dental instruments * 2+ years experience * Basic knowledge of sterilization and infection control equipment * Expanded functions capabilities * Tech skills to operate practice management and patient communication software * Excellent heart-based service and communication skills * Ability to understand insurance plans and accounts receivables Heart-Based Benefits: * Paid time off, in addition to company-sanctioned holidays * Team sabbaticals and retreats * Team events and experiences * Social impact philanthropic opportunities * Personal and professional developmental growth * Family leave program * Purpose-driven team * Stewardship opportunities for equal decision-making and meaningful equity If you resonate with our vision, wed be honored and grateful for you to respond to our job post by sending an email mentioning why youre most aligned for this opportunity - thank you!
