SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: You will work directly with all departments and leadership team at GPS Dental to provide support for our partner offices in your select geography. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -Supporting daily office operations within the region when necessary. -Continuous assessment of all staffing needs and providing support for Office Managers with effective recruitment. -Providing training and development support to ensure all staff of supported practices demonstrate knowledge of business model, operating procedures and protocols. -Gather, organize, and give feedback on employee time sheets and payroll data. Assist Payroll Coordinators with Payroll entry. -Be accessible and responsive to business needs within the territory. -Supporting the achievement of performance targets andamp; budgeted goals. -Assist with profit and loss for multiple locations by analyzing financial trend data and balancing operations costs accordingly. -Prepare and organize recommendations designed to increase efficiency and lower operating costs. -Support compliance of workers with established company policies, procedures, and standards such as safekeeping of company funds and property, personnel employment and grievance practices and the enforcement of government regulations. -Supports real estate initiatives such as facility upgrades, remodeling and expansions as well as acquisition facility opening process. -Monitors and analyzes regional advertising, marketing and sales programs and reports effectiveness accordingly. -Maintains regular, productive, communication with office staff -Assist with training and evaluating office managers and in staff training as needed. -Prepares reports for owner doctors on performance of dental offices as requested. -Other related functions as requested by supported practice owners. KEY SELECTION CRITERIA: -Previous success in a multi-location healthcare services business. Experience in other multi-site, retail healthcare businesses such as dental, dermatology, urgent care, physical therapy or dialysis could be considered. -Demonstrated experience including processes and strategies to manage costs in a multi-location environment while preserving an entrepreneurial culture. -Effective partnership across leadership roles within an entrepreneurial organization with an ability to implement positive change. -Strong financial acumen. -A strong customer service orientation demonstrated through the implementation and execution of best in class service methodologies. -The ability to bring best practices to the organization across functions and responsibility levels. A cross functional partner who relates at all levels. -Connect with leadership of groups/organizations/offices in ways that they see GPS Dental as a critical market ally that can add significant value. -Cultivate strong relationships with offices; identify opportunities or potential to introduce new service(s), and recommend new opportunities. -Monitor industry reports, journals and electronic media to develop and maintain a prospect pipeline. -Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
