Description

Growing orthodontic practice, looking for friendly, energetic, front desk receptionist! A fantastic dental receptionist is key to a successful practice. This individual must have great communication and organization skills that can make someones day with just a smile. At Braces On The Brazos, we aim to wow our patients with amazing customer service and excellent care. As the front desk receptionist, this individual will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling patients, verifying insurance, drafting correspondence, and other routine administrative duties such as maintaining electronic and paper files. The individual will also be responsible for some marketing such as: website maintenance, social media, and advertising to effectively and positively represent the practice and its services to patients, referral partners, and the community. Position is approximately 32 hours per week, working Tuesdays thru Fridays and one Monday per month. Starting salary is $16 to $20 per hour depending on experience.
