Job Description: As a Inside Sales Rep. for Vincismile, Inc, you will assist customers and sell dental materials (preferred not must). You are responsible for generating and increasing sales through outbound sales calls, while handling inbound customer calls with professionalism, skill and expediency. Role and Responsibilities • Make 50-70 outbound calls per day to prospective customers. • Responsible for growing and developing assigned territory (new business; upselling and cross selling). • Thoroughly identify and quickly qualify new prospective customers. • Provide knowledgeable follow-up and offer solutions to customers regarding requests and pricing. • Establish effective relationships with customers via phone and email. • Generate new business from existing customers. • Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions Qualifications and Education Requirements • Proven work experience of 1+ years in outbound calling and prospecting. • Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment • Detail-oriented, decisive, and able to multi-task. • Good oral and written communications skills • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on quality and detail • Strong organization and time-management skills. • Punctuality and reliable transportation are required • Dental industry experience is preferred, but not a must.
