White and Haines Advanced Dentistry is looking for an exceptional person to join our Front Office team! We are a 5 star practice that prides itself on giving patients the best dental experience theyve ever had. A candidate for this position needs to have outstanding people skills, able to work well with the other members of our team, be proficient in Dentrix dental software and able to multitask well. This positions duties would include but not be limited to: hygiene and new patient scheduling, patient check in and check out, answering phones, working with our patient Membership Club, helping with billing and collections, insurance verification and preauthorization as well as patient confirmations for future appointments.
