We are a single doctor practice looking for is someone who shares our passion for a dynamic patient experience. We want someone truly passionate about oral surgery, shares a sincere desire to do their best work at all times, and is self-motivated. You will be an integral part of building our brand by representing our practice to prospective patients. We require a person who is outgoing and personable; a candidate willing to get to know our patients and their needs. We need someone who is a stickler for details and focused on getting results. What would you do? Currently, you would be the assistant to the dentist which would at a minimum include: chairside assisting with all surgical procedures, managing patient’s clinical charts, managing lab cases, utilizing proper sterilization techniques and ordering supplies, just to name a few. You would also be called upon to have a pleasing personality, the ability to articulate and explain any dental treatment that we are performing and above all else a desire to excel in your field. Preferred Skills: -High sense of Urgency -Excellent communication skills -Customer Service Oriented -Confidence -A positive attitude and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done. -Initiative and the ability to figure things out on your own -Quick learner and the ability to think on your feet Previous experience ** At least 2 years of experience is preferred for this position, however if you have less experience and possess the qualities and skills listed in this ad, then you will be considered.
