We value patient communication and take pride in the quality of work that we provide for our town. Our current team includes one dentist, two hygienists, one dedicated front office admin, one front office/assistant floater, and one dedicated assistant. We see patients on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays 8am to 5pm. Thursday is an administrative day with flexible hours and tasks can be completed on Friday if that works better for you. The position includes a variety of front office administrative tasks - scheduling patients, presenting treatment plans, insurance verification, submitting claims, sending statements. We use Insurance Answers Plus to help eliminate hours on the phone with insurance! Our patients are laid back and staff turnover has only been from retirement.
