A Little About Us: · Owner run, single dentist office. Close to Hanes Mall in Winston Salem · Easy going, friendly, hardworking staff. Patient centered office. We discuss things as a group regularly, and make any needed changes as a group. Your input is vital to our office. · Pay is from $20-26 based on experience · Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30 – 3:00, no lunch break, we just grab a bite to eat when we can and get home early. · 3% match retirement plan after 1 year working · 3.5 - 4 weeks paid time off (Two weeks of vacation, about one week Christmas, one week of other holidays) after 6 months of working. · Free dental work for immediate family living in your home (you pay the lab fees for any optional/cosmetic procedures) · Monthly bonus based off of total office production. Production goal is very reasonably set so as to be attainable monthly, usually around $150 a month. What You Would Do: · General Assisting with Fillings, Crowns, Root Canals, Extractions, Dentures and Partials · Confirm Patients, make appointments, and become cross trained with answering phones. Help out Front Desk with any spare time. · Impressions and pouring up of impressions · Write up all notes and lab scripts for procedures done · Treat each patient like they are special – like they are family · We are a small, one dentist office and we all work together to help each other out Qualifications: · 5 years assisting experience. · Proficient at taking x-rays, making temporary crowns, and taking impressions. · A good attitude, willing to adapt, willing to learn new skills Please contact Sam Bartlett at [sign in to DentalPost to see current contact info] or send resume to sammybartlett@ gmail.com
