OUR OFFICE IS SEEKING A HYGIENE COORDINATOR: Requirements: 2 years previous hygiene administration and insurance verification experience. Typical responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Checking 3rd party patient reminder system Answering phones Scheduling appointments Filling the hygiene schedule Verifying hygiene insurance as needed Confirm appointments Answer billing questions regarding co-payments for hygiene visits Ensuring that the office hygiene schedule is filled Working hygiene recall Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with an hour lunch daily. Pay: $20-22/hour Benefits: Uniform Paid Time Off/Sick Leave (starts to accumulate after 90 days), and more.
