We are seeking an outgoing and energetic Part Time or Full Time Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our fun and friendly team in the process of growth while maintaining a commitment to giving comprehensive and quality care to our patients. Our team upholds a strong focus on collaboration and team training. Although experience may be helpful, we hire based on ability, personality, and potential. Must be proficient at typing and good with numbers. As our treatment coordinator, your responsibilities would include but are not limited to: assisting the Orthodontist during consultations, reviewing treatment fee estimates, and going over treatment contracts and informed consent forms. Answering phones, checking patients in/out, scheduling and confirming appointments, taking new patient phone calls and collecting information, insurance verification, handling payments. Because this role involves heavy patient/parent engagement, we are looking for someone who will easily connect with patients in a friendly, genuine way and is geared to look for ways to exceed our patients expectations. A cheerful, positive personality with good communication skills is a must. Attention to detail and ability to stay organized and follow established systems is essential. Our patient days are Tuesday- Thursday, with Mondays being an administrative day. We see children of all ages therefore we require that all team members are comfortable working with all children.
