4 or 3 day per week position. Seeking an exceptional RDH to join our expert team in South Charlotte (Southpark/Park Area) either full time (M-Th) or part time (3 days/week). The ideal candidate would have a solid work history, strong clinical skills, and excellent chairside skills with attention to patient care and proficiency in the technical aspects of dental care. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Demonstrate proficient clinical skills and assesments in all aspects of preventive dentistry Practice servant leadership; lead by example; exercise good team work; have mutual respect for all team members; partner with the team to create an exceptional experience for patients Maintain time flexibility for all patients; be present and engaged Thoroughly and efficiently perform all clinical and non clinical duties QUALIFICATIONS Dental Hygiene certification from accredited dental hygiene school Current NC hygiene license Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control training as required by law SKILLS/ABILITIES Outstanding positive attitude and demeanor Provide superior patient care by making the patient the #1 priority Exhibit outstanding customer service and hospitality Professionalism in all aspects of job, including appearance Superior teamwork skills; strong ability to work well with others Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills Experience in a chartless environment helpful Eaglesoft experience helpful
