Private dental practice in search of an amazing hygienist for our growing practice. Hygienist must have impeccable attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and be a team-oriented professional ready to serve our patients and community. Part-time position with future full-time position as the office grows. Must be punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable within the scope of practice. Perform routine hygiene periodontal treatment procedures within scope of licensure and to the highest standard of care. As needed, support and assist clinical team with routine procedures such as taking x-rays, consent forms, check-in/out, and help add to a healthy and productive operational workflow. Setup, breakdown, sterilization of hygiene rooms and necessary instruments. As needed, assist in scheduling patients, contacting patients who are overdue for their hygiene visits and/or unscheduled treatment. Maintain and support all health and safety protocols set in place the dentist. Abide by Covid-19 protocols set in place by the dentist Requires great interpersonal skills to communicate well with the dentist and team members. Strong language skills to articulate themselves with a clear and concise approach to educate patients on their oral health conditions. A dental professional who is a supportive teammate and invested in the growth of the clinic and building relationships with team and patients.
