$500 Sign-On Bonus! The dental practice of Dr. Lauren Patrick and Dr. Katie Spellman of University Dental Group, are looking to add a Full Time Dental Assistant to our technology advanced practice. Our office provides dental sleep medicine, Botox, and cosmetic rehabilitation so no day is the same as before! As a full time employee, you will be offered medical, dental and vision benefits as well as matched 401(k). ?Responsibilities Provide assistance to the Dentist with all dental procedures Perform efficient and accurate procedures to help maintain Doctors schedule and patient flow, create no patient wait time; maintain time flexibility for patient: be present, engaged, ready to work at all assigned shift times Review patient chart prior to Doctor arrival and log appropriate patient data during Exam and treatment as well as transcribe doctor notes in chart Verify patient health history (basic health review medications, understanding impact with dentistry) and document appropriately in practice chart Take digital X-Rays Ensure compliance with all HIPAA regulations and safety requirements Have knowledge and understanding of dental terminology sufficient to perform job successfully Perform proper operation and maintenance of dental equipment Assist patients with understanding and accepting their clinical diagnosis Assist with other duties as requested or needed Ability to work in a fast-paced environment possessing excellent interpersonal and organizational skills establishing positive relationships Ability to multi-task with a multi-doctor practice. Provide front office support by answering phones, verifying insurance, confirming appointments, and other front desk daily duties when needed ?Qualifications EFDA Certification (optional) RDA License Knowledge of Eaglesoft preferred We look forward to hearing from you!
