Description

General Dentist in Eastern Central Pennsylvania. Job will be split between two offices. One office will be 2 days a week, and the second will be three. Monday through Friday 8-5. You will never be working on nights or weekends. Two weeks of paid vacation are included every year. The compensation will be based on salary. A relocation bonus will be added to this pay. I would classify the area as middle America. A small town vibe, safe place to live, mix of rural and suburban. Two hours from NYC and Philadelphia. Cheap place to live. Definitely a great location to raise a family. Ideal candidate would be someone fresh out of residency or with less than 5 years of experience. The offices are closer to the leading edge of dentistry. The doctor will learn and be proficient in rotary endo, cerec, etc. CBCT, CAD/CAM, implant placement, clear aligner therapy, minor oral surgery are important to this practice. The doctor will be taken care of in many ways, to become comfortable working in the practice, as well as comfortable in their skill level. This is something that we want to succeed. This is not a mill. No added compensation for selling things, for increase in procedure counts, or revenue. No overdiagnosing. The environment is ethical and relaxed. Plenty of work to go around. Autonomy will be a key feature of this job. There will always be assistance available, but the end goal is to provide the candidate with the freedom to perform their job without added stress of a corporate model or quotas. Job will start at the end of August at the earliest.
