In this role, you will: - Put the patent first - Reassure patients that they will receive gentle, caring treatment from the doctor and the hygienist - Track and improve performance - Give back to the community through service - Create financial plans and collect treatment money - Work with the team on supply and equipment management - Answer the phones and schedule patients - Ask patients for feedback and a Google review - Learn the ins and outs of dental insurance and be dedicated to helping dental insurance companies work well with our team - Set up and clean operatories, if needed - Be honest and kind and find small ways to help your patients have a great day We look forward to hearing from you soon!
