Dear Future RDA, We cant wait to welcome you to our dental family! Your assistance to the doctor is so appreciated as you help us care for children and help their parents feel comfortable too. We love how you set up and break down operatories without delay so we stay ahead of schedule, run sterilization, manage the office flow in treatment and hygiene, you keep the sterilization area clean and tidy and keep our supplies stocked and reordered, you know how to set up each tray according to procedure or appointment type, you are always ready and willing to assist where needed, you help keep all areas of the office clean and tidy, you communicate with the front office and other staff members on the flow of the day, you maintain equipment and machinery to ensure it runs properly. We love how you preview the schedule for the upcoming week and day to be sure each day will flow properly, you update treatment plans and are careful about note-taking and document all procedures done and findings prior to the end of each day, you help confirm and schedule the patients next appointment, you update treatment plans for patients prior to completing documentation, you are skilled in coronal polishing and can apply sealants. For anything you are untrained in, you are comfortable asking questions and are eager to learn more to further your skills. We love how you are a team player and ready to assist your fellow work family in order to help each other, help patients and create a positive, calm, dental environment. Come join our team!
