$550 Sign On Bonus Experienced Our local dental office Choice Dental in Marshall,TX is looking for an RDA. The Registered Dental Assistant is the liaison between the Dentist and the patient. They maintain communication with the dentist, patient and the front office staff to ensure that the patient receives the ultimate patient experience. The RDA assists the dentist chair side during treatment procedures, performing all assisting duties permitted by law. Please include your desired hourly rate in your cover letter. Responsibilities and Duties: Four handed dentistry Sterilization of instruments Ordering supplies and managing inventory Inside and outside marketing Creating mouth guards Chair side duties may include: preparing cements making temp. crown Impression taking taking digital X-rays removing sutures and dressings giving fluoride treatments administering topical medications . You may be required to perform some office duties such as confirming and scheduling appointments with patients, and answering phones. RDA and dental experience required. Open Dental software a plus. Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish a plus.
