BLVD Dentistry - Heights is looking for a skilled and ambitious Registered Dental Hygienist to join the team in Houston, TX! We believe that a visit to the dentist’s office should be pleasant and as stress free as possible. With your help, we can continue to provide top-tier dental treatment to all our patients. Responsibilities Conduct initial mouth screenings and check oral health history. Sterilize dental instruments properly. Take X-rays or dental impressions as needed. Maintain documentation and charts for each patient. Screen for Oral Cancer. Take patients’ blood pressure accurately. Take Radiographs of patients with experience with dental radiographic equipment. Remain on schedule so that we can keep patient waiting time down too little to none. Appling preventative materials to the teeth such as sealants and fluorides. Qualifications Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of Texas. At least 1 year of prior experience as a Dental Hygienist. Eaglesoft knowledge is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail – oriented with a strong focus on patient care and comfort. Positive Team-oriented attitude
