We are in need of a dental office manager/team leader for a very busy, high grossing dental practice in Beachwood, Ohio. You must be a super positive individual who is brave enough to stand out as a leader and work very closely with the doctor/practice owner. The main objective of your position will be to help in any capacity to make the practice as efficient as possible for our patients and the entire team. This includes helping to develop and enforce new systems and policies, along with those already in place. It is important that you can pay attention to detail, take accurate notes, and always on alert for whatever the day may bring. We will work together to establish what is most important to the success of the practice, the satisfaction and amazing care of our patients, as well as the contentment of our fellow team members.
