Integrity Family Dentistry is a small, private practice in Heath, TX, located between Rockwall and Forney. We are looking for an experienced hygienist to work on M, Tu, Thu from 8:30-5:00 and Fri 6:30-3:00. We need someone who desires to honor the Lord and who is a team player – willing to work and help any way needed to promote excellence in the office, have initiative, integrity and high moral values, and have a compassionate, kind attitude. My practice is focused on building relationships with patients and providing honest, quality dental care. We offer a monthly bonus/profit-sharing for our employees. The duties of the hygienist will include, but are not limited to the following: -Set up operatory -greet and seat patients in a warm friendly manner -record vitals and update medical history/changes -take and process high quality radiographs (ScanX Phosphor plate) -record periodontal charting -provide excellent hygiene care (SRP, Px, application of chemotherapeutic agents, etc) and oral hygiene instructions w/compassion and excellence -Clean and sterilize operatory/instruments per OSHA guidelines -Communicate clearly to dentist and patient issues/concerns and commend improvements -Assist with charting oral findings -Help with instruments and cleaning office at end of day -Help with monthly maintenance
