REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST Smile District Philadelphia, PA 19152 $40-42/hr Job type: Full Time $1000 SIGN ON BONUS Practice opens Mon-Thurs (full days) and Fri (half day) Benefits: Health Insurance Dental Benefits Disability Insurance Paid vacation SUMMARY The RDH assists in the performance of quality, compassionate clinical dentistry by caring for and educating patients during examinations and treatment. The RDH, under the supervision of a dentist, performs clinical hygiene procedures and maintains awareness of the comfort and safety needs of patients. They support the team by building lasting patient relationships and through alignment with dental treatment philosophy. EDUCATION andamp; EXPERIENCE o Bachelor’s degree or the successful completion of a recognized vocational program in dental hygiene required. REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS o Registered Dental Hygienist license – State Dental Board (must be current and valid) o Valid X-ray certificate o Anesthesia Permit (preferred) o CPR andamp; first aid certificate (must be obtained by no later than 6-months after hire date)
