Job Duties include: * Greet patients in person and over the phone with a smile * Prepare and educate patients before the doctor comes * Chairside assisting, coronal polishing, taking x rays, digital scanning etc. * Sterilization, with the ability of attention to detail and organizing skill * Check in and out of patients, ensure patient paperwork and contact info are updated, complete clinical notes with the dentist * Set up and break down the operatories, good time management * Excellent relationship building skills and phone skills, schedule patient appointments. * Contact patients for next day appointments etc, * Conduct weekly and quarterly compliance tests. * Stock up and maintain the inventory level of the supplies * Maintain the tidiness of the office * Perform other duties as required to support the practice. * Participate in practice marketing activities. Job Types: full-time ( Mon-Thurs ), 10am-7pm Experience level: graduated from a dental assisting program, have dental office work experience Salary: $16-24/ hour.
