Tebo Dental, an Atlanta-based pediatric dental group, is looking for motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team. Our practices are located in Lilburn, Peachtree Corners, Dacula, Cumming, and Gainesville. Responsibilities: Facilitate the daily operations of the check-out department Prepare, coordinate, and lead huddles with staff each morning Monitor all patient treatment rooms and ensure parents/patients are satisfied with their experience throughout their appointments Explain treatment plans in a way that educates patients/parents about oral health and encourages them to accept any recommended treatment Determine insurance coverage, discuss financial information, and collect co-pays, deductibles, and balances Schedule recall appointments and future appointments according to the doctorand#39;s recommended treatment plan All other duties as assigned Qualifications: Prior experience in a dental office is required Must be fluent in Spanish Ability to travel between our Lilburn, Dacula, Gainesville, and Peachtree Corners practice locations Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and dental insurance is a plus Practice management software experience with Dentrix is preferred Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to work Monday-Friday Benefits: Hands-on training Career Advancement and Growth LifeTime Fitness Partnership with Subsidy Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance Long-Term Disability Paid Time-Off 401(k) with Match For more insight into our companyand#39;s culture and values, please visit our website at TeboDental.com/WhoWeAre, TeboDental.com/TheThinkTank and TeboDental.com/Benefits.
