DFW Ortho is excited to announce an opening for a Traveling Orthodontic Lead Registered Dental Assistant in Dallas, TX! We are a growing Orthodontic team seeking a confident RDA team member ready to advance their career to the next level. We are seeking an energetic candidate with a strong work ethic! Benefits and Perks Medical, dental, vision, short - and long-term disability Life insurance 401K option Paid time off (PTO) Referral bonus program Responsibilities Help manage the back office staff as well as the systems and operations Responsible for traveling crate of orthodontic supplies between multiple locations Keeps the patient schedule on time by being aware of the daily schedule, working efficiently and as a member of a cohesive team Assists the orthodontist with all assisting duties, including orthodontic procedures, takes x-rays as prescribed Maintains cleanliness of treatment rooms and sterilization area, complies with HIPAA and maintains confidential information Proficient in using conflict resolution and problem-solving techniques in managing interpersonal conflict and patient complaints Is organized, motivated, committed and self-directed Qualifications 1 year of previous orthodontic lead experience In depth knowledge of all orthodontics dental assistant duties All required certifications for dental assisting Ability to travel to multiple locations within a territory to provide orthodontic dental assisting services is required Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment *Must be willing to travel to cities across the DFW area
